Terms of Cancellation and Modification of Reservation

• Cancellation or Change Reservation: Please read our cancellation policies carefully. We cannot make exceptions to this. Our receptionists are instructed to follow these policies and rules. To avoid misunderstandings, we would appreciate it if you could observe the following:
• Number of Guests: The number of people residing in the room or apartment must match what is confirmed in the reservation. Accommodation for additional guests may be requested at an additional charge of €50 per additional guest per night until the maximum capacity of the apartment is reached. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation, without refund, if an unconfirmed number of people stay overnight.
• Pets: Michela Apartments does not allow pets in the rooms or apartments. A 300€ fine will be charged if animals are accommodated in the rooms/apartments.
• Respect for Neighbors: All of our apartments are located in a residential area. We ask all guests to respect the property and privacy of neighbors and not to make noise between 8pm and 8am. Noisy events and celebrations are not allowed.
• Responsibility for Damage: The room, apartment and all equipment and furniture must be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to Michela Apartments staff of any damage or breakage in the apartment is required. The guest is financially responsible for any damage to the room or apartment, including damage caused by their own or a third party's negligent actions. A cursory review will be conducted at check-out, followed by a more detailed review prior to the arrival of another guest. Any charges will be deducted from the card presented prior to check in.
• Parking: Michela Apartments is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of vehicles or their belongings while parked inside the property's garage.
• Security Deposit: A credit card is required at check in as a security deposit
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited throughout our facility and apartmentsi. A 70€ fine will be applied if traces of smoke are found in the apartment or in any area of the building, such as windowsills, stairs or garages.
• Minor Policy: One child under 3 years stays free of charge, in selected rooms. Please request cribs or cribs for children.
• Identification and Minimum Age Policy: All guests must present valid photo ID at check-in. Guests must be at least 21 years old to reserve a room.
• Late Check-Out: Late check-out must be arranged with the hotel and paid for in advance. If you do not leave the room/apartment at the agreed time, a penalty of 200 Eu will be charged.
• Room Cleaning Policy: there is no change of linen, towels or cleaning during your stay. If you need fresh towels or linens or additional cleaning, please contact the front desk or send an email to info@appartamentimichela.com

Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that, it will no longer be guaranteed, and the room may be reassigned. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the provided card is invalid or does not have sufficient funds to guarantee the booking. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after the booking is canceled.

Standard Rate

Please carefully read our cancellation policy. We cannot make exceptions regarding this. Our reception staff are instructed to follow this policy and these rules. To avoid misunderstandings, we would appreciate it if you could observe the following:

Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: the entire amount of the reservation will be refunded.

Cancellation within 60 days of arrival: payment is non-refundable.

Early departure after arrival: unused nights are non-refundable.

No-show: the full price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.

The card entered at the time of booking will be used to pay the full amount 60 days before arrival.

To request a cancellation of the reservation, the guest must send a cancellation request indicating the booking number via email to the following address: info@appartamentimichela.com.

All cancellations will be confirmed via email immediately after the booking is canceled.

Non-Refundable Rate

Payment is made at the time of booking and is non-refundable, non-modifiable, or transferable.
